Hi! My name is PIP!

I am James River Grounds Management’s Satisfaction Coach. My name stands for Partnership In Planning.  My number one priority is reminding my JRGM team that it requires planning, organization and good communication to ensure that both our employees and our clients are highly satisfied.

Since the inception of JRGM, we have been focused on customer satisfaction. Equally important is the satisfaction of our employees. When our employees are satisfied, they take better care of our customers. When our customers are satisfied, they provide us more opportunities and our business grows. When the business grows our employee’s careers grow.  Everyone wins!

By partnering with our employees AND our clients, our chances to be successful are greatly increased. I was created to show our employees just how much we care about them and their growth within this company. I, PIP represent JRGM as a true team – working together to build strong relationships, quality product delivery and exceptional communication.

You will see that I have a plan in hand and my back pack is full of tools to get the job done.
